I hear it all the time. “I’m in a rut, I haven’t made any real progress in a while, what should I do?” The reality is that the body adapts to what we ask of it. Mind Learn a new skill – chess, a musical instrument, some language you have always wanted to master. If you have kids, get them lessons and learn alongside. Mind Drink less alcohol. This is the single best thing you can do to improve your brain.
